My work was recently featured at a benefit/gala event in the Mpumalanga region of South Africa earlier this month, to benefit the children of the Two Sisters Orphanage.
Recently completed images as part of a joint project with The United Colors of Benetton & The D4K organization.
My work was recently shown in Los Angeles at a private event for Amnesty International's "Artists for Amnesty" organization.
I was recently on assignment in Tokyo & South Africa to capture footage to benefit the Two Sisters Orphanage in White River, South Africa.
I was appointed as the Official Photographer for the D4K organization, a Tokyo based fundraising group that helps children throughout the world.
Recently became a member of The Blue Earth Alliance. A group whose mission is to use the art of the image...to raise knowledge & understanding of indigenous cultures around the world.
I had (3) images selected for Chicago's 30th Anniversary - "International Peace Day Photography Exhibition" @ The Richard Daley Center in Chicago,IL. (images were submitted & jury selected from artists all over the world.)
My work has been published in the South African Fine Art Photography Magazine titled SNAPP. I was also featured in an artist profile as well.
Several images published in Japan's #1 English publication in the country METROPOLIS Magazine. The images accompanied a profile of the work done with D4K & the meeting of S. African hero Patrick Chamusso.

Recently had (2) images selected as part of the 2009 Fotoseptiembre International Photography Festival held in San Antonio. The San Antonio Visual Artists (SAVA) organization held it's first official Fotoseptimbre Gallery showing at the SAVA Fine Arts Gallery in San Antonio.
My images were selected among a group of the regions best established & future trend setting photographers. The show was juried by a tenured professor of Trinity University's photographic studies & graphic arts. The selection process allowed for only top images from over 100 entrants. There were only a total of 15 photographer's work selected in the process.
I've been capturing events for "The Black Book Project". An online directory for African american business, events & social connectivity.

Just completed "The Blackbook Project"
It was a near-year long documentation project of San Antonio Afro-centric Lifestyle, Business listing & Event photography of Carl Booker & I.
ALL of the images of the book were captured by me. We want the future citizens of our city to know that there were a lot of very visible, very positive & uplifting social examples of the quality of life that today's African American community enjoys in the city of San Antonio.
